Guatemalans Eligible for Diversity Lottery

For the first time ever, Guatemalans can participate in the Diversity Visa Lottery which opens electronic registration Oct. 3 and closes Nov. 2, 2012.

I encourage all eligible Guatemalans to register paying close attention to the instructions available at state.gov.

No telling how long Congresswill keep from raiding the 50,000 diversity visa numbers for redistribution.
