USCIS recently announced it had completed the data entry of all H-1b petitions subject to the 2015 fiscal year cap that were selected for further processing.
Those whose petitions were not selected by the lottery will soon be receiving their returned H-1b packets.
For those hapless souls out there, well, there’s always next year! The trick will be remaining in status in the US. Maybe that advanced degree is looking more attractive now…
