Temporary Protected Status Extended for Somalis

USCIS announced the extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for nationals of Somalia for an additional 18 months from March 18, 2014 through September 17, 2015. Applicants must re-register with USCIS using forms I-821 and I-765 during the 60 day filing window beginning November 1, 2013. Questions can be directed to our office.
