Government Report on Immigration Court delays has New Orleans Court in Top Ten with Longest Delays

The New Orleans Immigration Court ranks number 10 nationally for longest delays for completion of removal (deportation) hearings with an average of 945 days to complete a court case. This compares to number 1 listed Nebraska Immigration Court which as an astonishing 1,349 day average for completion of a court case! Our brethren in Memphis, Tennessee are ranked number 9 nationally with an average delay of 1,003 days.
